Friends are checking this out

Ok friends, you can comment on this. Do you think this blog should stay on the website? Do you think I should include dreams and personal processing? Leave comments here and let me know. Thanks!

Traditional vs. Digital

I’ve spent a lot of time working with digitized photos this week and I’m not happy with the result. I just don’t like the look of digital imaging on paper. I’m a photo purist. I wish I’d spent all my time in the darkroom rather than on the computer to get some new prints up to sell.

Did I mention that I’ve got my site set up to sell? Check out the “for sale” section to learn more!

It will take a little while to get the bugs out, but it is exciting!

Freedom and the Void

I’ve officially resigned from my position as a teacher with sps. It feels good to know that I am going to do something different. Sometimes I can see my future as having so many possibilities, but sometimes in the dark night, all the potential turns into “the void”.

I know a few things. If I work with young people, I want to work with less of them. In my past two jobs I’ve taught 250 students and 500 students. I look forward to focusing my energy on less students and get to know them better, get to know their families, and be a stronger support.

I am also interested in finding an job in the arts at an art gallery or something.
