I’m am so excited about the whole vlog thing. With what Rocketboom is doing, we are seeing a whole new way of seeing the news. I love seeing stuff about real people in real places telling their story. The revolution may not be televised, but it might be vlogged.

I have two vlog projects going. I have been putting the finishing touches on a set of short one minute videos for Earth Sanctuary that will give people a feel for what it’s like. We are going to put them out there as a vlog and release a new one every week, complete with RSS 2.0 feeds with media enclosures. I’m currently making up a cool intro and outro to put at the beginning and ending of each video.

Then I am going to be spending a good chunk of my summer developing a vlogging component for this website focusing on interviews with Seattle artists, gallerists, and the people who move and shake in the Seattle art world.
