cool site! just one observation though… turn of interlacing in whatever video program you are using. There is no need for it unless you’re doing stuff for television and it’s making your videos look bad.

I made a terrarium in school, and this reminds me of that. It worked quite well as a closed system.

Please be careful when discarding aquatic plants bought from aquarium stores, they should not be dumped into your local pond, as they are non-native invasives, and can cause havoc with the local macro-bioshpere.

This is my first time at your site and I loved it! Interesting enough (without too much information overkill) that the kids watched and wanted to do the project. Also you have an easy sense of talking to the viewer like Anthony Bourdain, so I hope someday we do get to see you on t.v :>

well i think its awesome and imma poor old country boy livin in da city so i have like NO room in this small apartment and i was wonderring if theres a cheap way to do this with like an above grond thing but more dynamic like earth is jus an extremely smaller scale and PS: i love ur site
